objectives

  • To use Sports to teach and reinforce life skills messages. Including honesty, respect, cooperation, communication, empathy, teamwork, and conflict resolution. It serves to bring the children together, no matter what their origin, background, religious beliefs, or economic status.
  • To learn basic skills of football, netball, track and field, boxing, karate and swimming.

Activities

Weekly physical activity sessions including warm up sessions: Jumping jacks, laps, sit ups, pushups, 6 a side football, netball, track, cricket, boxing, basketball, table tennis, kung fu, karate & swimming.
