The CRP at Boys Town continued successfully with 60 children and their parents referred from Grade 5: Edward Seaga Primary, Boys Town Primary, St Alban’s Primary, Trench Town Primary, Jones Town and St Annie’s Primary. Mountain View Primary successfully engaged 25 children referred from Grade 4 in the 5 arms of the programme: Nutritional Support, Life Skills Training via circle Time, Academic Support, Sports and Cultural Arts activities and Parenting and Family Counselling after school this term and 11 referrals were successfully engaged at the Chalky Hill Primary replication site. Behaviour Prizes were awarded to the top 2 children per house at Boys Town, Mountain View Primary and Chalky Hill at mid- term and end of term and the winning houses for BT and MVPI went to Hope Gardens and participated in the Japan Festival. All sites closed off with Fantastic Christmas Concerts where students were given the opportunity to perform in Drumming, Dance and Song. 100 Food Packages to parents were distributed at this time to BT and MVPI through the kind donation of the Joan Duncan Foundation JMMB.
